Story Elements

In reading workshop we are working on story elements.  Today we discussed the character (RL 2.3) of a story and their appearance.  We read the book Chrysanthemum by Kevin Henkes and made a chart of Chrysanthemum's appearance traits.  Tomorrow we will discuss a character's traits on the inside.  We are learning that characters have inside and outside traits.
