In reading workshop we have been studying different types of folk tales. We have learned about Fairy Tales, Fables, and Tall Tales. At this point your child should know the difference between the three. We also compared and contrasted different versions of the same Fairy Tale. In our bulletin board you can see our Venn diagram of The Three Little Pigs and The True Story of the Three Little Pigs.
